Import panel files from AmpliSeq.com

You can import panel files for Ion AmpliSeq™ and Ion AmpliSeq™ HD Made-to-Order, On-Demand, or Ready-to-Use research panels from AmpliSeq.com into Ion Reporter™ Software during analysis workflow creation. For more information, see Ion AmpliSeq panel types.

Only ordered and quoted panel files are available for import into Ion Reporter™ Software.

  1. In the Research Application step, select an appropriate research application and sample group for your panel, then click Next.
  2. In the Reference step, import a target regions file:

    Option

    Description

    Custom Panel

    1. Under Target Regions, click AmpliSeq Import.

    2. In the Import for AmpliSeq dialog box, select the Custom Panel tab for Ion AmpliSeq™ or Ion AmpliSeq™ HD Made-to-Order panel files.

    3. Enter your user name and password and then click List My AmpliSeq Panels.

    4. Select the panel files that you want to import from the dropdown list, then click Import.

    Fixed Panel

    1. Under Target Regions, click AmpliSeq Import.

    2. In the Import for AmpliSeq dialog box, select the Fixed Panel tab for On-Demand or Ready-to-Use panel files.

    3. From the list, select the panel file that you want to import.

    4. Click Import.

  3. If your analysis includes fusions, import your fusion panel files.

    1. Under Fusion Panel, click AmpliSeq Import.

    2. In theImport for AmpliSeq dialog box, select the Custom Panel tab for Ion AmpliSeq™ or Ion AmpliSeq™ HD Made-to-Order fusion panel files.

    3. Enter your user name and password, then click List My AmpliSeq Panels.

    4. From the list, select the fusion panel file that you want to import, then click Import.

    Fixed Panel

    1. Click AmpliSeq Import under the Fusion Panel field.

    2. In theImport for AmpliSeq dialog box, select the Fixed Panel tab for On-Demand or Ready-to-Use fusion (RNA) panel files.

    3. From the list, select the fusion panel file that you want to import.

    4. Click Import.

  4. Complete the remaining steps for analysis workflow creation.

Your target regions and fusion panel files are added to the list of files selectable in the Reference workflow step.
